All exhibitors will receive ...

  • Presentation opportunity at the Warpstock Conference.
  • 2 transferable Conference passes.
  • No registration required for staff manning the vendor booth.
  • 35 word company/product listing in the official Conference Guide.
  • Advertising may be purchased for inclusion in the official Conference Guide at the following rates :

    - $50 per page for exhibitors, black and white
    - $75 per page for non-exhibitors, black and white

  • Small company logo with link off of the Exhibitors page on the web site.
  • Internet access during the conference.
  • 8' x 10' booth with draped table and 2 chairs.
  • The ability to have material included in the registration package if received by September 30, 2001.
  • Electrical outlets for computers during the conference.

Logistic considerations

  • The Trillium Ballroom C at the hotel will serve as Exhibit Area.

  • The exhibit area will be available for vendor setup from Friday, October 5th from 1:00 pm to 6:00pm. Booth take down is scheduled on Monday, October 8th from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm.

  • The exhibit area will be open for attendees during the following stated hours :

    - Friday, October 5th : 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
    - Saturday, October 6th : 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
    - Sunday, October 7th : 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
    - Monday, October 8th : 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

  • The Exhibit Hall and all conference rooms will be locked at night, during breaks or upon request to assure the safety of exhibitors' and speakers' equipment.

  • The exhibitor is responsible for any insurance coverage for equipment used in their booth.


Computer equipment rentals

Arrangement for computer equipment rental can be made through Finnegan Software : by contacting at E-mail derek@finnsoft.com or toll free telephone 1-800-258-0033 or telephone 416-410-4774 or fax 905-846-5516. A special Warpstock 2001 rate will be offered. Is is the responsibility of individual exhibitors to make the arrangements for the specific equipment they need.


Shipping items to Warpstock

  • Packages sent prior to the group's arrival should be mailed to the attention of CONFERENCE SERVICES. The packages must be clearly marked with the recipient's name, meeting name and arrival date. Upon check-in, please contact the Conference Services Department to arrange delivery of these packages to their designated location.

  • When preparing items for shipment to the Holiday Inn, please label them as follows:

    [Your Name - Warpstock 2001] c/o Holiday Inn Select Toronto Airport
    970 Dixon Road
    Etobicoke (Toronto), Ontario, Canada M9W 1J9
    Attention: Conference Services - Hold For: Warpstock 2001 on October 5, 2001

  • Shipments are not accepted or stored more than 7 business days prior to the event.

  • Please advise the hotel's Director of Catering, Bev Morey (phone: 416-674-4366, fax: 416-674-4364) of any shipments prior to delivery at the hotel.

  • Neither Warpstock, Inc. nor the hotel will assume the responsibility for personal property and equipment brought to Warpstock 2001.
