• We'll be having dinner in a Warpstock-only room at the The County Line BBQ.
  

  Set in old lake lodge, the County Line on the Lake is right on Bull Creek just off Lake Austin, and has been well known for years as The place in Austin to take out-of-town guests. Cocktails on the large redwood deck overlooking the water are a must.
  

• We've ordered up a Texas-sized Cadillac platter for everyone - 5 different meats, all genuine Texas style Barbeque, baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad, make up the menu. We're sorry, no subsitutions and there is no vegetarian platter available.
  

• Let Warpstock buy you a round of beer at the bar!
  

• A whole evening of live musical entertainment.
  

• Bus transportation, with a scenic drive from the Austin Renaissance hotel to the County Line restaurant, and return are included in the price. We require that everyone ride the bus to the event.

  To mail in your registration, download the Registration Form (see below), print it and fill it out. Send in the form with a check or money order. We except only US currency checks, USD Traveler's Checks and Money Orders.

Press Passes will be available on a limited basis upon approval from the Warpstock 2002 Event Team. Consideration for the issuing of a Press Pass will be based on the following criteria.

1. Publications (including online publications) wishing to have writers attend must apply for their Press Passes in advance of the conference.
   

2. Press Passes will be limited to legitimate, publically available publications.
   

3. The representation of any one publication will be limited to one Press Pass.
   

• Free admission (controlled) to the Exhibit Hall only for anyone. Exhibits-only passes will be available upon request at the registration desk during Warpstock 2002 and will be issued to the individual pass holder's name.
  

• Students with valid, current high school or college IDs are cordially invited to attend Warpstock 2002 at no charge. Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who will have to pay full admission.
  

  Note : to register as a student, please use the mail-in registration form, and send it in together with a copy of your student ID. Please bring your student ID to the event.
  

• All children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult. No more than 2 children per adult. Children 16 and under admitted free to the event.
  

• Discounts are only valid when paid within the stated time frames. Discounts are offered for early registration with an early payment, not simply early registration.
  

• Warpstock, Inc. will provide refunds when requested for conference fees. There will be a fee of 15% deducted from the refund amount to cover expenses. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the conference date. You may substitute another person to attend though.
  

• If another person will attend the conference in your place, please contact Stan Sidlov with the name and e-mail address of that person, so confusion at registration time can be avoided.
  

• For the 2002 Warpstock conference, the cutoff date for refunds will be September 7, 2002. After this date, no refunds can be given.
