Logistic considerations

• The combined Franklin and Jefferson rooms will serve as exhibit area. View floorplan...

• The exhibit area will be available for vendor setup from Friday, September 8th - 7PM. Breakdown is scheduled before Sunday, September 10th - 8PM.

• The Exhibit Hall and all conference rooms will be locked at night, during breaks or upon request to assure the safety of exhibitors' and speakers' equipment.

Shipping items to Warpstock

• When preparing items for shipment to the Holiday Inn, please label them as follows:

• Shipments are not accepted or stored more than 7 business days prior to the event.

• Please advise the hotel's Meeting Services Manager of any shipments prior to delivery at the hotel.

• Neither Warpstock, Inc. or the hotel will not assume the responsibility for personal property and equipment brought on their premises.
