Prerequisites:
Anyone interested in disk-partitioning and filesystems, and being able to analyze some of the more common problems related to them.
Principles of disk-partitioning as used on most personal computer systems, including the OS/2 Logical Volume Manager extensions. Several examples of disk-layouts will be presented. Information on filesystem on-disk structures for OS/2 and eCS filesystems like FAT, HPFS, NTFS and JFS.
